Specification Data Sheet

Thermostatic mixing valves work hard in demanding environments — hospitals, aged care facilities, schools, and anywhere vulnerable people rely on safe, tempered water. Like any precision instrument, a CliniMix® TMV needs regular servicing to keep performing at the standard you and your occupants depend on.

The CliniMix® Lead Safe™ TMV 5-Year Upgrade/Service Kit is the purpose-built solution for your scheduled 5-year TMV service or thermal flush upgrade — giving your valve a new lease on life without replacing the entire unit.

Covered under AS 4032.1 (WMKA 1593) and compliant with the Lead Free Requirements of NCC 2022 Vol. Three, Clause A5G4(2) and NSF/ANSI 372, this kit ensures your installation stays fully compliant at every service interval.

Compatible with CliniMix® 1000, 1500, and 2000 models — and existing TMVs in the field carrying Watermark licence WMKA 1593.

Why Service Your TMV at 5 Years?
Under AS/NZS 3500 and the requirements of AS 4032.1, thermostatic mixing valves installed in healthcare, aged care, and other regulated environments must be regularly inspected and serviced to maintain safe outlet temperatures and continued compliance. Failing to service a TMV at the prescribed interval can put occupant safety at risk and void your compliance obligations.

The CliniMix® 5-Year Upgrade/Service Kit makes that mandatory service straightforward — all the critical internal components in one kit, purpose-designed for the CliniMix® range.
