The guiding force

Our core values and guiding principles are not just posters on a wall; they provide the framework for making decisions such as who we hire, what we promote, and how we get things done.

We are proud of who we are and what we do. We respect each other’s opinions, ideas, and culture. We keep our promises to our customers. We value the growth and development of our people. We take pride in acknowledging and celebrating our teams.

We are committed to the health, safety and wellbeing of our team. We make every effort in the areas of safety education, accident prevention, hazard control, injury prevention, health preservation and psychological wellbeing. Our priority is to provide an inclusive workplace that fosters equality and diversity.

We have made a commitment that by 2025, we will reduce both our carbon footprint by 25% and the use of non-recyclable or non-compostable materials by 50%. With the help of our Green Team, we are focusing on educating and engaging everyone to create sustainable operations across all areas of the business.

Live your best life

There is life at work and life outside of work. We want everyone to be healthy, travel often, have time to give back, and have the financial resources to create their best life by providing incentives that not only reward hard work but create a supportive, inclusive environment for all.

Daily Coffee Van Visits

We certainly love our coffee! It's smiles all around when Vince stops by with his coffee van, serving delicious barista-made coffees for our daily mid-morning caffeine pick-me-up.

Festivities & Celebrations

We enjoy any chance to get together, have a laugh and celebrate, be it Christmas, the New Year, Australia Day or special international days.

Let's make it about you

At Galvin Engineering, we hire people not resumes. That's why our interview process is about getting to know you, your experiences, your motivations, and how we can support your growth.

Step 1. We found you (or you found us!)

Whether we have heard great things about you, or you are interested in us, we want to know more. Share details of your remarkable self as this will be our first window into getting to know you.

Step 2. Let's Chat

Our People & Culture team will give you a friendly call to understand your motivations, to explore how you fit the role and the role fits you, and to discuss next steps.

Step 3. It's time to meet the team

Meeting the Team is a great time for us to understand your industry and technical experience, and for you to ask questions, and get a feel for our culture.

Step 4. The final pieces

If the fit is right, we will reach out to your references and may arrange a pre-employment medical. With all the onboarding boxes ticked, it's time to celebrate and welcome you to the team.

Join the Team

We’re growing and looking for talented people to help us create water solutions for better health and safer communities. Whether you're kick-starting your career or looking for a new challenge, why not consider joining the Galvin Engineering Team.
