Supporting Safety and Dignity in Education 

Coreen School is a School for Specific Purposes (SSP) in Western Sydney, catering for approximately 70 students from Years 5 – 12 with medium to high support needs, including autism, intellectual disabilities, and complex behavioural challenges. The school provides a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment where every student is recognised and supported to achieve their full potential.

The recent refurbishment focused on upgrading bathroom and hygiene facilities to meet the highest standards of safety and dignity for students who require additional support. The design brief emphasised:
