No fee will be charged for products covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
Labour and parts will be charged for call outs on products not covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
Labour will be charged out at $37.50 (exc GST) in 15-minute blocks for a Service Person’s travel time and time spent repairing the products.
A minimum service fee of $180.00 (exc GST) will be charged.
If found to be an installation or site fault, this includes but not limited to:
- Incorrect installation
- Improper installation of an Electronic Supply System.
- Inadequate maintenance or wear & tear issue
- Debris, Contamination and/or mineral deposit issue
- Any leakage and/or damage caused by the customer. Galvin Engineering will charge for investigation costs, including the investigation time, any external testing, Freight. Spare parts used may incur a charge if fault is deemed to be outside of warranty.
All invoices, if applicable, will be from Galvin Engineering Pty Ltd.
A Service Person will contact you or your client on receiving this form.
