Specification Data Sheet

The Slip-Safe® 69457X is a slip-resistant floor cleanout with an integrated vinyl flange, designed for commercial environments where reducing the risk of pedestrian slips and falls on wet surfaces is a priority. The textured grate surface provides enhanced traction underfoot, making it well suited to car parks, shopping centres, concourse areas, decks, and other high-pedestrian-traffic wet areas.

As a cleanout, the 69457X provides access to the drainage pipe beneath for maintenance and inspection while presenting a slip-resistant walking surface at floor level. The vinyl flange clamps securely to sheet vinyl flooring, creating a clean watertight seal at the flooring interface. Stainless steel lock-down Allen key screws secure the grate against unauthorised removal.

Constructed from investment cast grade 316 stainless steel with a machined/linished surface. The spigot fits directly inside PVC, HDPE, or copper risers for fast and trouble-free installation. Complies with AS 3996 Class B and EN 1253 Class R50, confirming slip-resistance performance to both Australian and European standards. WaterMark certified to WMTS 040 (Lic. WMK02448).

Trusted in commercial construction across Australia since 1995, with installations in landmark projects including Fiona Stanley Hospital and Optus Stadium in Perth, WA.
