The Slip-Safe® 69408X is a slip-resistant floor cleanout in a larger 150mm format, with an integrated vinyl flange for sheet vinyl flooring. Suited to commercial environments including shopping centres, car parks, concourse areas, and high-pedestrian-traffic decks.
As a cleanout, the 69408X provides access to the drainage pipe beneath for maintenance and inspection while presenting a slip-resistant walking surface at floor level. The textured grate surface provides enhanced traction to reduce the risk of slips and falls, while the vinyl flange creates a clean, watertight seal at the flooring interface. Stainless steel lock-down Allen key screws secure the grate against unauthorised removal.
Constructed from investment cast stainless steel with a machined/linished surface. Connects via a 4” BSP thread to standard multi-purpose drain bodies. Complies with AS 3996 Class B and EN 1253 Class R50. WaterMark certified to WMTS 040 (Lic. WMK02448).
